Course Description
This is a top-up programme designed strictly for CCOD's Master of Science Graduates who have the interest to pursue their Master of Philosophy in OD. It is a 6months Programme. It has one (1) module and it will focus on feedback II of the Action Research Model (Theories, Field Practices, Coaching and upgrade of Thesis) to be qualified for the award of Master of Philosophy in Organisational Development (MPOD).
