The College for Community and Organisational Development (CCOD) is the official partner of the Institute of Organization Development (IOD), Florida-USA, and affiliated with the University for Development Studies (UDS), to certify OD professionals in Africa. We have our local partners in Kenya, Nigeria, Benin, South Africa, Burkina Faso, Gambia, Uganda, and others coming on board soon.

The day-to-day Management of the college is headed by the President. The College mostly works with Committees and has the following committees in accordance with its College Statute. Among them are Appointments and Promotions, Disciplinary, Budget/Estimates, Library, Research and Councils, Staff Welfare, Tender Council, Scholarships, Examinations/ Time Table, Publications, Procurement, Sports and Entertainment and among others

The college also forms Adhoc committee when the need arise.
